The Sacred Heart of Jesus statue is made of plastic/resin, suitable for outdoor use.
When used outdoors, we suggest filling statue at least half full with "pea gravel" for weight (wind resistance). These statues have a plug on the bottom where the gravel can be added. Pea gravel can be purchased at most "home & garden stores", like Lowe's, Home Depot and in WalMart and K-Mart garden centers.
